THE GOOD FRIENDS FOUNDATION INC.MEMBERSHIPA - Requirement for Membership:Any alumni of QPHS/QNHS who will uphold the Good Friends Foundation's MISSION, and will commit to support the Foundation's financial goal from each member as follows:
| USA/Europe resident: | US$150 / year or | US$75 / biannually, | | Canadian resident: | CAN$150 / year or | CAN$75 / biannually, | | Philippine resident: | P1,200 / year or | P600 / biannually. |
*If anyone or any member chooses to give a more generous contribution on any year, it will be even more greatly appreciated by the Foundation; this will greatly ensure the financial stability of the Foundation in the future years.B - Acceptance of Membership:- A letter of invitation for membership will be sent to any QPHS/QNHS alumni, or it may be requested too. The applicant has the option to respond and accept the membership by complying with the requirement for membership OR, not to respond, thus decline the membership.
- The Foundation officer receiving the acceptance response will sign and date the completed form for it to become the official record of membership of the Foundation. The Foundation Secretary keeps this record and enters the member's name in the Foundation's Book of Membership.
- The new member receives a photo copy of this completed form as signed by the receiving officer, and the Foundation contribution official receipt.
- Active membership is maintained, or reinstated, by yearly commitment contribution as stated in the above Foundation's financial goal for each member.
